- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (if analytics is enabled).
- Data processed during pilots/contracts — under a separate agreement (DPA/SOW).
3. Purpose of processing
Responding to inquiries, conducting sales/discovery calls, entering into contracts, and improving the website and security.
4. Legal basis
Consent (the form), legitimate interest (security, minimal analytics), and contract performance.
5. Sharing with third parties
- Form submissions are delivered securely by email to hello@agentique.team via our form provider.
- Hosting — Vercel.
- Analytics (if enabled) — Plausible (cookie-free, aggregated).
- LLM providers — only within the scope of a pilot/contract, with your consent and data policy.
6. Retention
Form leads — up to 24 months or until deletion on request. Contractual data — per contract terms and applicable law.
7. Your rights
